For Traditional Thai Massage, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing as the treatment is performed fully clothed on floor mats. For oil massages, you'll undress to your comfort level and be draped with fresh towels throughout your treatment.
This depends on your individual needs and goals. For general relaxation and maintenance, once a month is ideal. For chronic pain or specific issues, weekly or fortnightly sessions may provide better results. Our therapists can recommend a schedule during your visit.
There is disabled parking directly at our entrance. There's also a convenient multi-storey car park next to the mall in Cheltenham town centre, just moments from our spa.
